A Makerspace is an area where people can come together to create, invent, and learn.  Students from pre-K to junior high will have the opportunity to imagine, create, collaborate, and innovate with a combination of high tech and low tech experiences.  The QP Makerspace currently features circuitry, robotics, and coding as part of a science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) as a focus. Future phases will incorporate the arts (STEAM) and religion (STREAM) in an effort to create a well-rounded student.

Currently, Queen of Peace is the only parochial school in the area offering STEM/STEAM/STREAM experiences through a Makerspace concept.
